Angela is a qualified Head Teacher and one of our Nursery owners and has outstanding experience within early years. She has been a qualified Montessori practitioner since 1995 with international diplomas in Montessori teaching.   Angela holds a B.Ed Hons Degree in Education, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EYPS as well as NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).  Angela owned 2 Ofsted outstanding private Montessori nurseries in Central London between 1996-2008 before becoming a Primary School Teacher and then eventually Head Teacher for 6 years of an Ofsted outstanding infant school in Hertfordshire. In 2014 Angela won Montessorian Practitioner of the Year 2014, a National Award, for supporting a school to become the first state funded Montessori School in London.  Angela has a real passion for teaching and creating the best early years environments possible.

Leah is one of our owners here at Little Adventurers.  She has a Level 4 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy and is mum to the adorable Ella and Harry.  Leah comes from a catering background having run her own catering company and is very passionate in ensuring children eat balanced and nutritional foods.  Leah is also incredibly creative and can run up a very cute bobble hat in under an hour.  We will be using Leah's creative flair to produce lots of lovely activities for our children to use.  Watch out on our socials for future posts of Leah's creations.

My name is Mollie.  I am the Deputy Manager.  I work in the pre-school.  I am a Level 3 qualified Practitioner and I have been qualified since 2014.  I have one son.  I am passionate about good quality childcare and making memorable experiences for the children in my care.  I have been learning more about Montessori pedagogy as I have recently completed the IMP Montessori Programme.  I also enjoy using my very creative skills in the setting.  Like Leah I am an avid crocheter and enjoy all things creative.

Hello, my name is Anna.  I help and support the nursery each day at Little Adventurers.  I worked in the NHS for many years and have recently completed a Certificate in Autism Awareness and a SEND certification

My name is Rachel.  I am a Qualified Teacher.  I am studying to be a Forest School Leader.  I am also studying the IMP Montessori programme and I currently work with leading the 2 year old provision.  I am very passionate about good quality experiences for children and I love to get the children outside experiencing as much nature as possible.  Take a look at our gallery for some of the Forest School sessions we have embarked on.

My name is Rachel Mayfield and I am a Qualified Teacher.  I love teaching nursery age children, I have one child of my own, Harry and I work part-time at Little Adventurers.  I have achieved my Level 3 EY SENCo qualification.

My name is Claire Crozier and I am qualified at Level 3 Early Years Educator.  I am a mum of two girls whom I love to go on days out with making new memories.  I currently support Rachel with the 2 year old provision.

My name is Gemma and I am qualified level 3 Early Years Educator.  I work part time at Little Adventurers and I am passionate about early years education.  I support with both the 2 year old provision and also in pre-school.
