Our Priorities

Each year our leadership team and all staff get together to discuss how well we developed our nursery in the previous 12 months and what we feel we could do better.  From this, we create a Nursery Development Plan. This plan is displayed in our foyer and parents are welcome to view it any time.

Once created, the plan is uploaded to our 'Blossom App' for our parents to read and it is updated every term to show the progress we have made against our targets.  Parents are welcome to comment on, help with or support the plan in any way they can.

Our development plan could have many points on it, but the first three points are called 'Our Priorities'  These are the things we are most focusing on and aim to achieve quickly in the year.

Our Priorities for this coming year are on the document shown below.  If you are a parent of our Nursery and wish to see our Nursery Development Plan in full and have missed it on the app, please do let us know and we will upload it for you.  If you are a new or prospective parent, please ask to see the plan when you come to visit.
