My name is Jessica, I am very excited to be part of the team. I am a level 3 early years educator and have worked within early years for 9 years. I started in the baby room but have followed some them up to the Toddler 1 room as a part time lead supporting the children to learn and grow and make memories playing and exploring

Lisa is a Level 5 Practitioner and lead for our Baby Room.  Lisa has recently started a course on Montessori 0-3.

My name is Lesley and I am a qualified level 3 early years educator I have worked in childcare for over 25 years and still very passionate about supporting children in there learning and development. I work in the baby room and thoroughly enjoy giving our youngest children the best care and attention.

My name is Claire Crozier and I am qualified at Level 3 Early Years Educator.  I am a mum of two girls whom I love to go on days out with making new memories. I am the Room Leader for the Little Discoverers at Allerton Bywater.  The children in my room are between 15 months and 2 years old.  

My name is Gemma and I am qualified level 3 Early Years Educator and has also completed the AMI 0-3 Orientation course in Montessori pedagogy.   I work in Pre-School.   I love all things messy play and really enjoy finding fun and exciting activities for the children to explore.

My name is Freya and I am a qualified level 2 early years practitioner.  I enjoy setting up messy activities based around the children’s interests and I love seeing children reach their milestones.  I am currently studying for my Level 3 and should be qualified in 2026.

My name is Megan and I am studying Level 3 Early Years Educator.  I used to be a parent at the nursery and two of my children have attended here.  I love working with the Toddlers in room 1 and I also work across the nursery from time to time in both the 2-3 room and the pre-school.  

My name is BillieJo Smith and I work in the Toddler 1 room alongside Claire.  I lead the room in Claire and Jess' absence.  I have a degree in Early Years and am level 6 qualified.  I used to coach children in football skills.

Hello, My name is Ellie Dunford, I am a qualified early years practitioner level 3 and have worked in the early years sector for 5 years with children aged 0-7 years. I am passionate about the development of children and their individual needs. I like to get creative and love to do crafts with the children and see their creativity shine. I lead the Little Wanderers room for 2 year olds.  I have recently completed a Montessori course for 0-3 and will begin my Integrated Montessori Practice Certificate for 3-5 in 2026.

My name is Abby, I have worked in childcare for 9 years now, I have 2 little boys of my own and thoroughly enjoy helping children achieve what they set out to accomplish. I support in the Little Wanderers room.   I am also studying to complete my Level 3 in 2026.

Hi I’m Eve, I live at home with my Mum and my two cats Rupert and Reggie. I am continuing my apprenticeship at Little Adventurers. I’ve been in childcare for just under a year and absolutely love watching the children learn and grow, and seeing all of their ideas come to life through their play. 

My name is Stef and I help support the nursery two days a week. I come from a Nursing background as a Qualified Nurse and I am Mum to Ada and Ebbie. 

I have a passion and drive in childcare and look forward to undertaking my EYE qualifications, whilst engaging with and watching the children grow.  I have recently begun my Level 3 in Early Years with a Montessori Diploma

Hello, my name is Anna.  I help and support the nursery each day at Little Adventurers.  I worked in the NHS for many years and have recently completed a Certificate in Autism Awareness and a SEND certification.   My role includes baking each week with the children, gardening and harvesting our crops and ensuring the nursery has all the craft and stationery we need.  I love being with the children and supporting the staff day to day.

Hi I'm sarah I live in Allerton Bywater with my 3 cats Millie ,Dennis and Erwin and mum to Daniel and Sophie my grown up children.  I've come from LCC and covered many roles from dinner lady to my last role  within passenger transport. I love quality time with family, friends and holidays home or abroad.  I will be helping out at the nursery wherever I am needed to support the team.

My name is Mollie.  I am bank staff and help out at the nursery as and when they need me.  I really enjoy working with the children.
