Hi my name's Stacey and I'm a level 3 qualified practitioner and experienced Room Leader. I have 2 older daughters and a 6 year old granddaughter whom I love spending time with. I enjoy holidays to Turkey with my partner and enjoying company with friends and family. I can't wait to learn about the Montessori method and love to learn about child development in early years. I will be leading the Baby Room (Little Explorers) in Allerton Bywater.

My name is Jessica, I am very excited to join the team. I am a level 3 early years educator and have worked within early years for 9 years. I will be working in the baby room as a part time lead supporting the children to learn and grow and make memories playing and exploring

My name is Lesley and I am so looking forward to joining the team in April. I am a qualified level 3 early years educator I have worked in childcare for over 25 years and still very passionate about supporting children in there learning and development. 

My name is Claire Crozier and I am qualified at Level 3 Early Years Educator.  I am a mum of two girls whom I love to go on days out with making new memories. I am the Room Leader for the Little Discoverers at Allerton Bywater.  The children in my room are between 15 months and 2 years old.  

My name is Gemma and I am qualified level 3 Early Years Educator and I will be studying with AMI for my Montessori Assistant Certificate in early 2025.   I work alongside Claire in the Little Discoverers room at Allerton Bywater and I lead the room when Claire is not in.  I love all things messy play and really enjoy finding fun and exciting activities for the children to explore.

My name is Freya and I am a qualified level 2 early years practitioner.  I enjoy setting up messy activities based around the children’s interests and I love seeing children reach their milestones.

I am going to be joining the team and working within the Toddler room, I have worked with children for around 10 years. I enjoy helping children reach their full potential through fun, stimulating and creative activities. 

Hello, My name is Ellie Dunford, I am a qualified early years practitioner level 3 and have worked in the early years sector for 5 years with children aged 0-7 years. I am passionate about the development of children and their individual needs. I like to get creative and love to do crafts with the children and see their creativity shine

My name is Abby, I have worked in childcare for 9 years now, I have 2 little boys of my own and thoroughly enjoy helping children achieve what they set out to accomplish. I cannot wait to join the new team at Allerton Bywater and get back into the nursery environment.

Hi I’m Eve, I live at home with my Mum and my two cats Rupert and Reggie. I am really looking forward to joining the new team at Allerton Bywater and continuing my apprenticeship. I’ve been in childcare for just under a year and absolutely love watching the children learn and grow, and seeing all of their ideas come to life through their play. 

My name is Stef and I help support the nursery two days a week. I come from a Nursing background as a Qualified Nurse and I am Mum to Ada. 

I have a passion and drive in childcare and look forward to undertaking my EYE qualifications, whilst engaging with and watching the children grow.

Hello, my name is Anna.  I help and support the nursery each day at Little Adventurers.  I worked in the NHS for many years and have recently completed a Certificate in Autism Awareness and a SEND certification.   My role includes baking each week with the children, gardening and harvesting our crops and ensuring the nursery has all the craft and stationery we need.  I love being with the children and supporting the staff day to day.

Hi I'm sarah I live in Allerton Bywater with my 3 cats Millie ,Dennis and Erwin and mum to Daniel and Sophie my grown up children.  I've come from LCC and covered many roles from dinner lady to my last role  within passenger transport. I love quality time with family, friends and holidays home or abroad.  I will be helping out at the nursery wherever I am needed to support the team.

My name is Leah Peacock and I am a student studying Level 3 Childcare Early Years Educator. I have been on placement at the nursery since October 2024.  I really enjoy working with the children and seeing how far they have come.
