Our baby room is called Little Explorers. There is always very limited availability so please do register your interest early by completing an enquiry on the main page of our website.

We take babies from 12 weeks old but please be aware that your government funding is not available until the term after your child turns 9 months old and most parents like to wait until at least 6 months before placing their baby into nursery.  We will support you with whatever your requirements are for starting your little one with us.  

We urge you to visit our baby room so you can see for yourself whether you feel this is the right environment for your child at such a young age.

Babies stay in our baby room from 0-15 months in Allerton and 0-18 months in Selby or thereabouts.   Once a child is happily mobile we begin their transition over to our Toddler room which is from 15 months - 2 years in Allerton and 18 months to 2.5/ 3 years in Selby.

Our baby rooms are led by qualified and experienced practitioners who we will introduce you to during your visit.   We urge you to come and meet the team, they will be delighted to show you around the baby room and talk about how they organise their day.

Our babies in Allerton then move over to the main building and into Toddler Room 1 (Little Discoverers) before progressing into Toddler 2 (LIttle Wanderers).

In Selby, our babies move into the big bright room downstairs after baby room and this room is both our Little Discoverers and our Little Wanderers together.   Each cohort is led by a different practitioner and you will be made aware of your room lead and your keyworker as soon as you start.
