Little Adventurers Montessori goes above and beyond week in, week out. The team plan wonderful enriching experiences for the children (hatching baby chicks, visits with orphaned lambs, growing plants & vegetables and observing the life cycle of caterpillars and tadpoles). On top of this my son has weekly Spanish classes and wonderful forest school adventures. We love that the setting is very focused on outdoor learning and experiences, which we have struggled to find in other settings.
As a Montessori setting the nursery is child-centred, allowing the children to direct their own learning and promoting independence.
The nursery has an amazing team of experienced and caring staff, and being a smaller setting the staff have a great relationship with all the children.

This is an amazing nursery and we are glad we found it. The staffs there are kind, helpful and really care about the children, and they put lots of efforts in arranging a variety of fantastic activities (including indoor and outdoor) to help develop the children’s creativity, and explore their potential skills in their growing life. Also the nursery focuses a lot on outdoor/natural environment learning (e.g. growing plants, observing the lifecycle of tadpoles, caterpillars, knowing ladybirds & snails, forest walking and much more) so the children can get to know more about the nature, which we love about. All the staffs at the nursery are wonderful and my little one is so happy and enjoys going there very much. We would highly recommend it to any parents who are looking for a nursery for their kids.

An amazing setting with the most nurturing approach to learning and a timetable packed with enriching experiences and activities. The staff are wonderful too. An incredible nursery with brilliant owners and staff. My son has developed so much since becoming a little adventurer. Last week they hatched chics and this week a visit from baby lambs. Everything is centred around the children and their development. In addition to this the Blossom app that they use means I’m kept up to date throughout the day on what my little boy is doing down to the more practical details such as what he’s eating. Can’t speak highly enough of Leah, Angela and the rest of the team.

We moved our son to Little Adventurers Montessori about a year ago after relocating from another nursery in Leeds, and the difference in him has been huge. He absolutely loves it and runs through the door every morning.

The nursery is really well run and all the staff are lovely, caring, and friendly. The children are given homemade food with lots of variety, which we really appreciate.

We’re so glad we found Little Adventurers Montessori and would highly recommend it to other parents.

I honestly don't have anything remotely negative to say... A truly wonderful nursery with amazing staff. To say my daughter enjoys going here would be an understatement! She has thrived since attending at 2 years old and we are so happy with the nursery that we signed our newborn up before she was even born!
The staff go over and above to make the children feel welcome, loved, important, and encourage them through play and exploration. Our little girl enjoys not only her nursery days but all the additional activities they organise such as weekly football, forest schools, Spanish and cooking. The staff also organise themed events throughout the year including her Christmas singalong and Easter bonnet parades, which are enjoyed by us as much as our little one. They encourage indoor and outdoor fun each and everyday and there's always a fun tale to be told on the walk home!
Couldn't be more pleased that Little Adventurers have been such a happy and significant part of our daughters early years. Thank you ladies x

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Wonderful staff, lovely facilities and a gorgeous outdoor space. I have sent my 2 children here and they have both thrived and are so happy. The friendships they have made are so special and the way they are cared for gives me the reassurance that any new parent needs. One of my favourite things about this nursery is the extra actives the children get access too, football, Spanish, ballet to name only a few. The staff are constantly working their hardest to support the children and as a parent I have always felt like they have gone the extra mile to support me to.

Our little boy joined Little Adventurers in April last year, soon after he turned 18 months. We were a little nervous about him going to nursery as he can be quiet and sensitive, but we have and continue to be so happy with the nursery and the way they look after and nurture him. He is absolutely thriving at Little Adventurers and they have helped him settle in so well - they have supported him through a big transition as we had another baby, and he is going from strength to strength, growing in confidence and developing so quickly. We are so happy with Little Adventurers that our second baby will be joining aswell!
