We have two settings, one is situated in Vicars Court in the heart of Allerton Bywater in the grounds of The Old School which is now the community centre for the village.  The second is in Selby right adjacent to Selby Abbey in the beautiful old vicarage building on the green to the left hand side of the Abbey entrance.  We take children from 3 months to 4 years old and lovingly nurture them until it is time for them to begin their school journeys.

We have a wonderful and well qualified team waiting to welcome you and care for your children to ensure they feel safe and happy whilst in our care.   You can find out about our team on the 'Who's Who' page of this website.

There is a wealth of information on this website to support you and we pride ourselves on working in partnership with our families to ensure that every child in our care, as well as yourselves, feels safe, happy and secure in our setting.

We are fully Ofsted registered and our most recent report in July 2025 graded our nursery good in all areas.   Please see the link to our Ofsted report under 'Key Information'

We hope you find what you are looking for on this website and via our socials, but if you do need any further or specific information, please call us on 0113 517 7561 or 07546 347489 or email admin@lamontessori.org

We look forward to meeting you soon
